John George Coffman Jr., 49, of Sullivan, passed away at 2:30AM Friday February 12, 2010 at Lee Allan Bryant in Rockville, IN.
He was born in Sullivan Co., Indiana March 7, 1960, the son of John Coffman Sr. and Phyllis May Coffman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, also an infant sister Joan Coffman.
Survivors include one daughter Amanda Coffman of Terre Haute, one brother, Charles Coffman of Sullivan, three sisters, Regina Miller of Shelburn, Marilyn Roudebush of Switz City, Debra Stalcup of St. Petersburg, Fl., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11:00AM Monday, February 15, 2010, at Banks and Brust Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Vandeventer officiating. Interment in the Prairie Chapel Cemetery in Lyons. Friends may call from 10:00AM until service time.
