Jerry E. Duncan, 59, of Sullivan, passed away at 7:29 AM Saturday January 30, 2010 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
He was born in Sullivan, Indiana April 17, 1950 the son of Lex Duncan Sr. and Betty Cox Duncan Palmer.
He was an Army Veteran, and a member of the Sullivan American Legion Post #139.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two daughters, Melissa Abbott (Tim) of Lyons, and Jerrica Duncan of Sullivan, one brother Lex Duncan Jr. (Judy) of Montpelier, Indiana, three grandchildren Kortney Abbott, Macey Abbott, and Cayden Lutz, and one niece, Lisa Duncan and one nephew, Doug Duncan.
Graveside services will be at 1:00PM Thursday February 4, 2010 at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Mark Bailey officiating, Military services by Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and Sullivan Co. VFW Post. Cremation is scheduled. There will be no visitation. Banks and Brust Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
